Can I integrate my products into the Octopus HACCP cleaning plan?

When setting up your cleaning plan, we include information about your hygiene products and provide you with the technical data sheets and safety data sheets for these products. These documents must be available in your restaurant. At Octopus, it’s simple: they are available at any time on your tablet or smartphone.

Do I need to record everything I clean?

For items that need to be cleaned daily, it is not mandatory from a regulatory standpoint to record them daily. However, the tasks must be part of your cleaning plan. For weekly/monthly tasks or tasks performed at other intervals, it is mandatory to record them in your cleaning and disinfection plan.

I have a large kitchen. Is it possible to assign tasks to specific team members?

Yes. With our HACCP app, you can assign specific areas of your cleaning and disinfection plan to certain team members. This means that in large kitchens, you can organize the monitoring of your cleaning plan by area and assign roles to your team members.
