The cleaning plan management module is also a real plus: simple to use and reassuring to ensure hygiene. The support team is responsive and attentive. I highly recommend this solution to all organizations that want to improve their organization and easily comply.
Sadly we needed to close our account, but Jérémie Lockel in Costumer support is a star within client service... In spite me wanting to close my account, he listened to our needs for now, didn't try to convince me otherwise and spent a lot of time to talk and send me an email with guidance to how to cancel the subscription... We will return to open an account if we need the service again.
