Excellent application! Very practical for monitoring food traceability in daycares. The interface is clear, intuitive, and saves valuable time on a daily basis. Sadly we needed to close our account, but Jérémie Lockel in Costumer support is a star within client service... In spite me wanting to close my account, he listened to our needs for now, didn't try to convince me otherwise and spent a lot of time to talk and send me an email with guidance to how to cancel the subscription... We will return to open an account if we need the service again.

Is an FSMP mandatory?

Yes. The Food Safety Management Plan (FSMP) is required by European regulations (Hygiene Package) for all establishments handling food: restaurants, bakeries, caterers, nurseries, etc. The FSMP is an essential document that structures and formalizes good hygiene practices within your business. It is based on the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) principles to prevent and control food risks. It may be requested during inspections.
